Theodore Koutroukis, (M.A., M.Sc., Ph. D., Post.Doc.) is an Associate Professor at the Democritus University of Thrace. His research interests cover Personnel Economics, Employee Relations, Vocational Training, Bargaining, Labour Market and Human Resource Management. He has taught at several Universities and has been an experienced regional and national co-ordinator/expert of EU funded projects and evaluator of projects funded by the Greek Ministries of Education and Labour. Also he is an experienced Researcher of many studies and research projects. His research interests include industrial relations, labour market, human resource management and vocational training .He is a member in the International Labour and Employment Relations Association, the European Association of Labour Economists and the Greek Association of Adult Education etc. Furthermore, he is an Arbitrator of Labour Disputes in the Greek Organisation for Mediation and Arbitration".
